The head torquing sequence is as below:-

Carry out the sequence at least three times, once at about half the torque value and then at least twice at the full value.

The choke wire plugs into the back of the alternator. Did you put the head back on with the engine at TDC? Have you checked the ignition timing?

how are you priming the system before installing the oil pump , you fill it with grease or vaseline That primes the pump so that when you start cranking it it is producing pressure to get pressure you need volume and there will be no way that you will get the volume required other than by the pump

YES! If the Timing belt brakes, it will not damage the engine!

With a grinder... They aren't made for you to remove. And they don't sell the parts for you to replace it. You need a grinder and a little ingenuity to fix /repair them by yourself. Otherwise replace the seat.

Pick up point on magneto? Or faulty coil earth? Not sure if these have cdi some time cause

Step 1. Make sure your cat converter is not blocked up.drop exhaust in front of cat (yes it will be loud) take a ride around the block. If it runs better get a new hiflow cat. If not it could be bad injectors. Do a compression test on all cylinders.

check for a wire shorting out or a vacuum actuator that is faulty.

check and change the fuel filters including the water filter.. If you are using a bio diesel then don't. Check and bleed any air out of the pump and lines. check that the air valve on top of the tank is clean and allowing the tank to vent and not get a vacuum. Check for a moss like substance in the tank as it will seriously affect the diesel and injectors. Basically It sounds as if the pump is starving for fuel from a blockage or air in the system.

maybe you thermostat is not working properly. if the water from the hose is flowing through your cooling system freely that tells me your thermostat is wide open

check the selector levers at the base of the column as the small plastic sliders have a habit of breaking and falling out

When the gauge doesn't work, you have to determine, is it the gauge on the dash or the temperature sending unit on the engine or a wiring problem. Try this: find the sending unit on the engine and pull the wire off it. With the ignition key on, touch the wire to a metal ground on the engine. Does the temp. gauge move? If it does, replace the sending unit. If it doesn't move, replace the temperature gauge on the instrument panel.

If this is a sudden problem and both or all windows are affected...check relays and fuses. If only not working from driver door check switches to see if came unplugged.
