How do i remove the
TO LOOSEN THE BELT TENSIONER PULLEY ASSEMBLY, THEN POSITION A CAMSHAFT BELT ADJUSTER TOOL T74P-6254-A OR EQUIVALENT ON THE TENSION SPRING ROLL PIN AND RETRACT THE BELT TENSIONER AWAY FROM THE TIMING BELT.TIGHTEN THE ADJUSTMENT BOLT TO LOCK THE TENSIONER IN THE RETRACTED POSITION. INSTALL NEW TIMING OVER THE CRANKSHAFT SPROCKET AND THEN COUNTERCLOCKWISE OVER THE AUXILIARY AND CAMSHAFT SPROCKETS MAKING SURE THE LUGS ON THE BELT PROPERLY ENGAGE THE SPROCKET TEETH ON THE PULLEYS. BECAREFUL NOT TO ROTATE THE PULLEYS WHEN INSTALLING THE BELT.RELEASE THE TIMING BELT TENSIONER PULLEY ALLOWING THE TENSIONER TO TAKE UP THE SLACK. IF THE SPRING DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH TENSION TO MOVE THE ROLLER AGAINST THE BELT.AND BELT HANGS LOOSE, IT MIGHT BE NECESSARY TO MANUALLY PUSH THE ROLLER AGAINST THE BELT AND TIGHTEN THE BOLT. YOU WILL NEED BELT TENSIONER TOOL OR EQUIVALENT.YOU CAN GO ON LINE INTERNET FIND THE BELT TENSIONER TOOL.SHOULD COST TOO MUCH.YOU CAN SEE IF AUTO ZONE HAS ONE TO RENT YOU.

Opel corsa WDO engine timing marks
Timing marks are always on the harmonic balancer, that;s what the pullys blot to that drive your belts.Once you've found said marks by turning the crankshaft pullys by hand, using the belt to do so,scribe said proper timing mark with a white paint pen.Match that mark with the tab on the engine block at the harmonic balancer.Pacience my friend.

Transmission
If this is a manual transmission then you have a clutch problem. If the throw-out fork is moving when you push the clutch, then the clutch fingers/disc could be damaged or the transmission pilot bearing is bad. If the fork isn't moving, then you are looking at a clutch master/slave cylinder issue or cable if it is cable operated.

Where are the bolts for thermostat housing
Follow the lower hose on your radator to the engine block, remove the hose and it should be right there, look at the way it is put in so you do not put it back in upside down and cause real problems.

Truck has fuel. Could it be the timing? How do you set the timing?
If it does not use a distributor, the timing is not adjustable. If you have fuel for the injectors and spark at the plugs, you would need compression and it should start.Could be the spark plugs, or too much fuel, or too little, or other problems.Once you know you have fuel and spark, you may need to use a scanner to check the rest of the components.

How to adust clutch...
You don't say if it's slipping or not. You have a hydraulic clutch which consists of a master cylinder and a slave cylinder. If it's slipping, you will probably need to replace the clutch assembly (clutch disc, pressure plate, throw out bearing and pilot bearing). Be sure the master cylinder (plastic reservoir very near brake booster) for fluid level. If low, fill to line. If empty, you might have air in the system. Not sure on your vehicle, but sometimes you can adjust the rod that pushes your clutch fork with the slave cylinder (this will be under the truck in front of your transmission) It is not recommended, but if you need to get it to a repair shop without a tow truck, it's worth a look.

How do you take the dash out of a 1998 Madza b2500
Hi,
Thank you for contacting fixya.com.
Open the hood of the car and disconnect the
battery with a socket wrench. Remove the four security screws from the top of
the instrument cluster. Pop the trim off the instrument cluster to access the
cluster itself.Remove the four screws from the instrument cluster. There is one
screw in each corner. Use the Phillips screwdriver to remove them.Pull the
cluster out of the vehicle and disconnect the two electrical cables at the rear
of the cluster. Now replace the burnt out bulbs and reverse the procedure to fix
the dash.
Please get back to us if you have further query else please accept
