Do you have any engine code.if not clean trottle body plate and around. remove iac valve clean the hole and iac pintlewhat is low idle for you . idle is control by iac valve, tps sensor

check the head light relay int he engine compartment and the fuse to, if both these are OK then the switch is defective, the switch draws high amperage when operating the fog lamps and head lights. Sounds like you need to replace your ujoints. Or possably your carrier bearing.
