In order to answer your question, I went to "e-bay" and looked up instrument clusters for your vehicle. As I suspected, the bulbs are "peanut" bulbs, and they press into a small plastic socket, that twists off and back on the rear of the instrument cluster panel. I don't think you will be able to change that bulb without removing the whole instrument panel cluster from the dash. I might be wrong. Look up under the dashboard and see if the back of the cluster is easy for you to see and get your hand up to. If so, good. God bless your efforts.

So your saying you have problem with power door locks? Or when you try to open door, the window is hung-up? Can you explain? You may have to turn on the key to get power windows to work. As you can see, the power window circuit breaker won't get any voltage unless the key is on.

check fuse, then run a ground wire to the wiper motor and ensure the ground is good. if the wipers start to work then the motor just needs a permanent ground connected to it. if it doesn`t work then check for power at the motor if you have power then tap the motor with a hammer to see if it starts if so then the motor is bad.

The back latch is electric release. It's a fuse under the dash. I forget which one, but it's not the door lock fuse. Just pull everyone and you'll find it.

Actually there is two: one under the hood by the battery and the other under the dash on the right side of the steering wheel

It could be a faulty relay. It should be marked.
