The most likely causes of a hot running engine are the following:

1. low antifreeze level in the radiator and cooling system.
2. fan not turning on at operating temperature.
3. restrictions in the cooling system such as sediment build up.

Water pumps usually leak when they are bad, and can cause an overheat because of low coolant level.
Check whether the water pump is leaking after topping off the coolant level and running at operating temperature, and then shutting off the car's engine.

There is a shutoff switch in the trunk. You can reset it by hand. It is designed to shut off fuel in an accident, but a good jolt on the road will engage it.

This vehicle uses an integrated relay control unit. It is located directly on top of the radiator under the plastic valance. It is a black box ( I believe to be the color ) with one plug going into it with numerous wires on the plug

It is possible that the ASD (Auto Shut Down Relay) has gone bad. The ASD provides signal/power to the fuel pump and to the engine coils. It is usually located in the fuse box under the hood. The fuse box cover should indicate it's location. The ASD is often a square relay and there may other such relays that look the same and have the same configuration of pins in the fuse box. If so, one may be the horn relay. Often relocating one of the other nonessential relays (horn relay) to the ASD position will allow the engine to start. If so, replace the old ASD relay.

Code 13 for ford has it as: air bag sensor or crash sensor problem. May need to take to dealership for fix.

Hello , fuel pump relay location is in the relay box by the radiator. The fuel psi regulator is on the fuel rail itself. The regulator looks like a small disk about 1.5inchs in dia. It will have a vacuum line running to it.

When you turn on the key, the fuel pump runs for one second to bring the pressure in the fuel rail up to spec. If it does not do this, the car won't start. Have the fuel rail pressure tested. It should be between 35 and 40 PSI. Suspect the fuel pump relay. There could also be ignition problems, but make sure this pressure is ok first.

well you can check fuel pressure make sure you have enough according to the manuf. specs and check fuel injector pulse

It's probably your starter solenoid that is stuck on. Older fords had this solenoid or relay located on the passenger fender apron, but I think on your '95 model, it is located on the starter motor itself. There are copper contact points or buttons inside the solenoid. Yours must have stuck together. Pretty simple fix: pull the starter off and change the solenoid.

You need to check all of your fluids and make sure you haven't blown a head gasket. No milky oil. It can also leak through the exhaust

there will be many freeze plugs , a lot will be hidden behind things like manifold's etc also head gasket could leak coolant

It should just pull off the bottom of the pump.

There is no relay . Has a control module . Do you know how to do automotive electrical testing with a volt meter ? Find a wiring diagram an check voltage to module , the switch , the motor . Probably one of those is bad . Your best bet mite be to take it to a qualified repair shop .
