Cannot get into car battery flat

get a jumper box and put one terminal to ground and the other to a main power wire using a jumper wire-(hot wire it) pick any always hot type of circuit like the alternator charge out wire if you can reach it-or tap into the starter motor main battery connection with a pick and then send power into it from a remote jump start box or jumper cables-all you need is enough power to unlock the car-not start it

2001 vw beetle died at stop light and now it will not start its not getting any fire

HAve you checked the crank sensor? the crank sensor is what times the motor and sends the spark signal from the ECU to the coil packs. typically these will act up a little before they all out quit, but in your case this could be a case where it gives with out warning.

How do i know if my starter is going bad?

IT will just click. do nothing. or turn very slowly on a fully charged battery. Most people change a starter when it is nothing more than a bad battery ( have a load test done first) or a faulty starter solenoid ( replaceable and repairable). Sometimes it will do nothing until you try the start position several times and then suddenly it is ok and will be so for days then it is back to the problem. This indicates a dry joint in the armature that stops under a brush and there is no circuit to turn the armature . This is repairable with a new armature or a new starter.

Vw beetle muffler rattle

Check all of your hanging brackets. Some of them have rubber grommets, meant to keep that from happening, that get old and fall out. You can get replacements from any parts store

2005 VW Beetle. Engne light on and EPC light comes on with significantly reduced power.

Sounds like all those sensors are going to need replaced. Basically, they are all in charge of metering the air and fuel to the engine, so if they are malfunctioning, the car isn't going to run correctly.
