I would firstly try getting a wiring schematic of the vehicles loom then find all the earth points and start by cleaning those and making sure there is clean and secure earth connections

It should be next to the ashtray, in the centre console. There is a black plastic bump that slides to the side and exposes it, looks like a piece of trim but is actually a sliding cover.

AT THE DISTRIBUTOR THERE IS A SENSOR WITH 3 WIRES .THE 1 AND 3 ARE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE AND THE 2 IS THE PULSE FOR THE IGNITION{GOING AT THE COIL PACK}CHECK IF U HAVE POWER THERE AND LET ME KNOW!!
