Lost forward gears

You have lost the 1st, 2nd, etc. in DRIVE? If you put the car in SECOND does it move forward a little bit? Put the car in Manual 2nd, can you shift into DRIVE and feel the third gear? This happened to me. The 'forward clutch' needs replacing. The transmission clutch plates in that part are glazed over because the fluid is burned. See if your fluid is brown.

I have a 2001 mazda tribute , i recently had the brake booster changed and fitted in a brand new one. Before fitting in the new brake booster, the vehicle at one occasion lost its brakes , luckily no

There is a Hose that comes off the Brake Booster and goes to the Crankcase Breather, this is how the Vacuum for the Brakes gets its ability to work. It is more than likely disconnected or the Valve is defective.

Won't idle

It used to be that this was nearly always bad engine timing, but nowadays you suspect first the IAC valve being stuck or clogged, and then possible vacuum leaks in the inlet manifolding. Others have found a clogged PCV valve to be the cause.
