How do i remove the steering wheel with cruise control and airbag?
This is a semi difficult task. There is a "clock spring" in the steering column that allows for operation of the controls on the steering while turning. There is also an airbag connection that if disconnected and a spark (static) should occur the airbag could go off and cause severe injury. There is also specialized steering wheel pullers needed. If you have never performed this it would be best to have a professional do it.
I got a computer use and it will not start the how do you reset
A used computer is not a good replacement. The computer could be bad, a static discharge while replacing the computer could have damaged it. The coil could be bad. Does the computer communicate with a scan tool? Is there spark at the plugs? Is there fuel pressure at the Schrader valve? Computers are not reset, they are flashed (programed) for the vehicle they are installed in.
