BUY A TIN OF EGR CLEANING SPRAY USE THE WHOLE TIN FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS THEN SEE IF THIS SORTS THE PROBLEM. ITS THE CHEAPEST FIRST FIX.

Get a hold of a schematic and a VOM and start tracing the voltages to locate and fix issue.

Disconnect battery , remove the driven belt,remove belt,remove wire and push in plug remove long bolt lift away from motor.

Mark the plug wires or best way is to undo them one at a time so you don,t mix them up get a ratchet and plug socket unscrew them ,check the gap on the new plug is 42 thou.a bit of anti-seize on the thred screw back in,then do the same to all plugs,a tip is to use N.G.K plugs.

The plugs are in the head of the motor ,probably under a cover.

You have to get a quote from an engine rebuilder.
