Sounds like you still have a fuse fault. Did this suddenly occur?

In a crank no start condition it is always important to find the cause before throwing parts at a car. The only things required for an engine to run are; fuel, spark and air. At this point it sounds like you have no spark at all. I would begin chasing the circuit back from there.

On to the egi, pull an injector out keep it connected and try to start the car if fuel comes out you’re good. If not you may have a problem with that relay as they have been known to give issues.

But as you state you have no spark when cranking I would start there.

either the throw out bearing has failed ot the clutch plate hub has failed possibly from the clutch plate being installed incorrectly and the hub springs are hitting on the flywheel bolts

Are you trying to pass a smog inspection, if so by disconnecting the battery you have wiped all programming and now before it will pass you will need to complete a OBD2 drive cycle testing procedure, this takes days to do and requires you drive highway, city and idle engine certain periods of time. Have you replaced the fuel filter? Have you done a fuel pressure test? What exactly is the problem? More details will help... :) If you are 100% sure that it is in fact a fuel issue, when in doubt follow the gas lines, the fuel pressure regulator is located right before the fuel rail feeding the injectors. I believe the connections to the main fuse are bolted to the fuse itself. you may have to lift the fusebox to get to the bolts.

Try a pair of duck bill pliers. If you break it no big desl & put a little di-electric on the new one before you install it.

sounds like the heater core has a leak unless its while driveing in the rain then a rubber seal is to blame.
