What would cause my 03 4.6 mustang To not take fuel but it will idle
You may need to change your fuel filter. It could be dirty enough to not let enough fuel pass through. Could also be a weak fuel pump. I'm not sure if your vehicle has one but your throttle position sensor could be bad. I would try fuel filter first. Take it off and let it drain and watch to see what color the fuel is when it comes out. If it's anything other than clear I would replace it. Hope this helps.

2003 Mustang V6 Basic
I installed model
Hello . I have done some checking on this . The kit should have come with instructions . You might try to look up the manufacturer online and see if they have the wire diagram you will need to make it a little more easy . If you go to youtube and input under video search " Mirrors presented by Andy's Auto Sport " a video will come up that will show you basically what you need to do . Since your car was not equipped with turn signals in the mirrors you will have to run the wireing under the dash to just below your steering column . There you will have to find what wire runs the left turn and what wire runs the right turn and splice into them with the mirror that matches . Your mirror should have a power for light which will connect under dash and a ground which you will ground to the metal body of your car under the dash ( look for a bolt or nut that you could connect this to ) . I hope this is helpful to you .

Why is my traction light coming on and off in my 2003 ford mustang
Could be a bad wheel sensor. Traction comes on when the ABS sees one wheel turning faster than the other. Usually this happens when a bearing is start to go out. If you hear a noise while turning, like a low hum. It would be a bearing. Turning left and hear the noise would be the right bearing. Because you are putting more pressure on it.

2003 mustang when traction control light comes on the car lose power almost like shutting down, when it goes off it pick up speed.
The traction control system DOES cut your engine power when the tires spin. That is by design. The system cuts engine power to stop the wheels spinning and restores power once the wheels regain traction. It feels odd when the tires spin and power cuts out. It's good practice to lift off the accelerator when the system kicks in. Otherwise, if you are on gravel or slick streets the tires may spin, stop when traction control kicks in, and then spin again when power is restored. It is not an "elegant" solution but it does work for the most part.

Why would the brake lights go out in my 2003 Ford Mustang, when all of the fuses are still good?
It could be a number of things. I would check the brake light switch. Look upward from where you put your foot on the pedal, you will find the switch. Test for voltage on both sides of the switch. There should be power to one side of the switch at all times. When you push the brake pedal down, the power should flow to the other side (wire), of the switch. Basically, if you have power coming in to the switch, and you DON'T have power going out of the switch (with the brake pedal depressed), then it's the switch.

How to remove rear seat on 2003 mustang convertible
There are two latches for a full size seat. One on each side of the car. Grab the seat and push back towards the truck and pull it up at the same time. they can be difficult. Some of the older models have bolts you have to remove. Run your fingers under the seat, they are located in the middle of where you sit.

Mustang alarm
Ford sold a Ford branded alarm through the parts department. These sometimes were a dealer installed option on new cars. Mine would randomly stop responding to the remote and I would have the same symptoms as you describe. I had it removed and the original equipment factory system still worked. Be warned, if you have the Ford "accessory" alarm, your key fobs (remotes) are different and the method to program them is different from what you will read online. You can tell if you have the system by looking at your key fob. The standard Mustang key fob is a 4 button (lock, unlock, panic, and trunk). The accessory alarm uses a 3 button remote and clicking unlock twice would pop the trunk. I really wish I had a picture of the remote because there are 3 button Ford key fobs for cars without a trunk release although I don't think you should have one on a Mustang. Long story short, if you have the accessory alarm, you can solve your problem by having it removed but you will need new 4 button key fobs to remotely lock/unlock your doors

Where is the fuel vapor purge valve located on a 2003 mustang gt
Look on the Fuel rail on the left and right side, there is usually a cap that looks like a valve cap or a tire. It will have a needle valve inside just like a tire valve, Beware, when you purge the fuel system, make sure the engine is not running or the key is on and make sure the engine is cool. It will spray fuel. Take a blunt end object and push down on the valve pin, be sure to cover your hand with a rag so it don't spray fuel in your face or on your skin. This should purge the fuel system. It may take a couple tries to get all the air out. Allow the fuel to disapate and dry up before you start the engine. This could cause a fire if there is raw fuel laying in the crevises of the engine. An air hose with a blow valve is helpful to dry up the fuel. Again, cover your face or wear safety glasses. I hope this is helpful, I own a 2003 mustang GT my self.
