MWhere is the noise elimantor
Hello! Engine noise is removed via shielded cable...The shields are then grounded to the chassis...They are loose or corroded at the contact point...Rather than hunt for its location...You can ground it to the floor pan...If your vehicle is equipped with the Premium sound system...Pins #3 and #7 on the 8 pin radio connector are the shields...Splice two runs of 10 gauge Green wire to each of these pins and connect both ends to a ring connector...Solder connections...Bolt ring connector to the floor pan...Insure contact point is bare metal...

2003 Ford Mustang GT. Car won't start.
In the trunk behind the carpet on the drivers side there is a fuel system re-set switch. With the ignition off push the re-set button then turn the ignition to the on position for a few seconds then turn it off to re-set it.

Location of the IAT wires for a 03 Ford Mustang
I have to be very honest with you on this one. Do not splice into your IAT wire circuit to add this so called chip. Your chip is nothing more than a resistor, and is a gimick. I guess the question one should as themself is: If this resistor created power and noticeable engine performance, then why didn't Ford just add this .25 cent resistor to the circuit? They would have saved thousands of dollars in manufacturing costs, and gained a lot more in performance.
Another question; Why didn't this so called chip come with instructions and guide people thru this process. If you want to create lean conditions and cause other driveability problems in the future, then install this resistor.
If you want real performance, Purchase a Tuner programmer from Summit Racing and use your lap top to set, adjust and control all engine management components to get the most from your vehicle...this is the correct way....not a resistor. I'm sure many people say their freinds have it and it works, I say show me the Dyno results and the lap top performance results!
Just trying to help you out and prevent you from getting pulled in to this false product.

I have a 02 ford mustang and it is misfiring
Go to Autozone or Oreillys and get a FREE scan. This scan will identify the cylinder that is misfiring. Your model may have a Crank and Cam sensor that is failing. These components replace Distributors in function.
A scanner should identify the problem.

I just bought a 2003 ford mustang and i'm not sure
The headlight switch is on the dash. It's a 2 position push/pull switch, the first position is the parking lights and the second position is the head lights, it also controls the dimming function by rotating it left or right.
