Not on a web site chat room- with a guess I would say it failed any number of reasons It is 13 years old & most likely seldom seen any fluid changes & is worn out & time for a complete rebuild Vehicle problems can only be found by folks that work on them,like a trans repair shop

No they don't, the cases look the same but they have part numbers, so the internal parts and how the trans is operated is different. Here are the part numbers. Many of the big parts may interchange.

ON NEUTRAL

behind bank 2 cylinder head. (closest to front of car) take shield off 3 10 mm nuts and you'll see it.

try reversing with it first and it may come out of 4x4

all drain plugs are closest to the bottom of any drain pan

did you check if you got a timing belt because sound like a timing belt broken. good luck

Usually this is a bad wheel bearing. Some times they make noise, sometimes not. You will have to put a scanner on it and find out which wheel sensor is acting up.

if that is what code your getting from computer scan ,most likely its a coil pack gone bad ,one way to check is to change one with one from an different cylinder 1, 2,3,5, and see if misfire codes change to those cylinders ,if it does replace those.coils. coils cost about 50.00 new

theres a small rubber plug on back of it just use screw driver to turn the toothed wheel after u remove the plug

Try and spray some WD40 up between flex plate and convertor let soak .get a couple tyre leavers in behind it and it should let go.

How does it look when you read your owners manual?

Check in a work shop manual.

your transmission was lacked of gear oil.

Neutral safety switch. Possibly out of adjustment. (If there is no adjustment, it needs to be replaced!
