Are you saying it won't crank, or won't start ?If it does not crank, and you have replaced the battery and starter, the problem may be in the neutral safety switch.

It is under your dash behind the glove box. And close to the side of he car. It is right next to the computor. There is two silver boxes there and it will be the one that is next to your heater.

The car is designed not to spin it's wheels when taking off. If you want to make it do that you need to either change the powertrain programming or replace some powertrain parts.

If you have checked the voltage at the inertia switch and the switch can not be reset, you would need to replace it.

are you having problems with low pressuer imn power steering pump? the other could dryrot in (a) fram bushings ,if you use your whole body weight and push down on front end and you get same noise you'll narrow it down do this with motor off, hope this gives you some things to look at good luck.

does the diagram of the belt routing on the core support say one with ac and one w\o ac? if so autozone can tell u, if not, they may tell u that you need to replace the ac compressor, or buy some thing that re routs it. you can also try to remove the compressor, that way its out of the way, and take a string, run it as it would go, and measure the string, that will tell u what size belt to get

You do not have the tank where it was beforeyou removed it,pretty obvious isn't it

You can do a continuity check or voltage check on the relay.

on the lower passenger side of the motor near the transmission. doesn't look like there is enough room to bang on it. you can try removing it banging on it then putting it back in.
