Wiper motor replacement for a 99 crown vic

I replaced the same part on a 1994 Crown Vic. There are a few bolts which go through rubber mounts on the firewall and that is how the wiper motor fits against the firewall. There is a clip on the wiper drive that must be pressed and slid off the wiper shaft. The hardest part was getting clearence between the engine and wiper motor. If I remember there was a way to turn the wiper case to clear the engine. I have asked myself why this was engineered like this? There is nothing important in the way that 3/4" of clearance could have been given for removal.

I have a 1999 crown vic,i love this car,however,it

could be a number of things, regulator or fuel filter or fuel pump and/or strainer or even throttle position sensor,or bad coil pack or packs...check for engine codes,if nothing then its not an electrical sensor, like throttle position sensor,or coil packs, then try fuel filter, check for vacumm leak at the regulator, check the fuel pressure,if lower than 60 lbs approx.then probably a fuel pump or clogged pump strainer

What causes a 99 ford crown victoria slip between 50 to 60 miles per hour

The clutches inside the automatic transmission are worn out. You need to have the transmission rebuilt. But first check to make sure there is enough fluid in the transmission. When was the fluid and filter last changed? A plugged filter might cause slippage too.

What is the proper and safest way to re-install a front suspension coil spring?

There are coil compressors sold in auto parts stores, usually a set of three clamps. Be EXTREMELY careful to follow instructions, as a compressed spring has as much stored energy as a shotgun shell and can take a hand off or even kill if the clamps slip.

It's most likely a fuse. Check your fuse panel or your owners manual to see where the fuse is located. The fuse will be called illumination cluster, or ignition cluster. That should solve the issue
