do you have a hitch on the rear ,if so check the wiring for the trailer it could be shorting to the other wires at the rear

That would either be a drive line or transmission or bearing in the wheel hub.

hole thru bumber put rod thru turn to let down, by the license plate

Check the fuse for the gauges, it is a 10amp. Refer to the owners manual for location of gauge fuse.

I think its diff out they fit from the top,i am not 100% certain i hope i am wrong
