Did You or anyone change the module under the the top cover of motor, I can't think of what it is called. also check your ground wires and clean them, because if you are not getting a good nnground on engine it will do goofy stuff, I chased a problem on a 2000 saturn for weeks and finally for the heck of it cleaned every ground wire on engine and eng/body and problem went away ! refered to as chasing a gohst !

if it dose not go directly to fuel filter it could be vent.....

It could be the coil is getting old. They begin to lose function when they warm up.

Replace the transmission mount and check the subframe.

Jack up the front wheels and rotate them by hand. Look for any runout that may be cause by a bent wheel. Also feel the tread as you rotate the tire. It should be smooth and concentric. If there are any bulges in the tread the tire is seperated. Grab the wheel at the top and bottom and push/pull. You should feel no play. If you do you woman have a bad wheel bearing. In order to check ball joints and tie rods you will need to have the tire off the ground and the jack under the subframe or pinch weld. This will not work if the jack is under the control arm. Grab the tire at the 9 and 3 o'clock positions and push pull. If you feel any play you either hav E worn ball joints or worn tie rod ends. Hi Peter:Try on the fuse panel under the dashboard, usually left of the steering column. It should be a round or rectangle silver colored plug in flasher.
