The squeal is coming from the alternator belt, When the temp is low, the belt is hard and glazed and lost its ability to create friction.

The procedure is to check the gaps on all the valves then see how much they are out side the recommended gap remove the camshafts and take the followers off the valve be careful to not lose the adjustment spacer from inside the follower you then measure the spacer to either go thicker or thinner to get the required gap do that with all followers that need adjustment refit camshafts and reset timing then remeasure the valve gaps

the air flow directional flaps are either motorized or vacuum type actuators fix able some of the dash sections will need to be undone to get to that area will need a repair manual or workshop repairnothing on youtube to demonstrate a fix

a suggested have the filler and recovery and evap system of the tank filler tube checked out ..could be perished seals or piping other thoughts some gas stations fuel pump sniffers can be more sensitive to shut offs than others....the pump sensor is supposed to be tested adjustable or sensor replaced regular intervals these days the operator wait till there enough complaints before doing anything the new model cars seem to have more filler neck filling issues than in the past could be the smaller diameter of the pump nozzle could be the temperature of the day fuming the gas in the cars filler tube

I don't know what a nudge bar is, but it is not likely to fit. There were big changes from 2004 to 2005.

Trans fluid should b red and not gritty feel. Must checit w engine runnin. The tv cable that aids in shiftn may neeed ajust. Torque convertr may b failn . Hav a private shop test drive...talk w them n git a feel for their xperienc

Get the computers canned for faults. The fault may not be enough to trip a CEL but it may still be recorded in the oinboard computer.

Lol. I had a similar problem with one my cars'. Spend hundreds trying to figure it out. After third time at the dealer and lots of yelling they figured it out. A wire was grounding out on the CV axle. I would try to check your all your wires first.

has someone left on a light is battery so low it wont open? if so hook a charger up to the hot lead on the starter and a ground and charge it some till remote works but if the computer has went into spastic mode then you will have to have it taken to a dealer to get fixed
