I would start looking by checking the dash light control switch to see if it is turned all the way down. If not, then I would check other components like dome and tail lamps to see if anything else is not working. This will give me some idea of where the problem may be. It could be that the dash light control switch is bad or it could be another seemingly unrelated electrical component shorting out your dash lights. If your exterior running lights (tail lights) are working, the problem is not the fuse. You may even have all the bulbs burned out. (although it is highly unlikely that they would all burn out at the same time.)

you could have a bad oil pressure switch leaking oil,oil pan gasket,rotted out oil pan,head gasket leaking oil and running down the block.

if the idle air control valve is the problem, you most likely have experienced some rough idling of the car while in park and maybe driving, and RPM surges while the car is idling. THIS site provides more info on it.

Check batter voltage with car running. If it is around 12.8 or lower, change the alternator. Go to Advanced Auto Parts or another chain and they will check for free.

First look under the hood for any vacuume leaks. If you don't find any get it to a trans shop you trust before you burn the clutch pac. It's probably a bad oring in one of the clutch packs. It wont be cheap that's why I say one you can trust.

Vacum it up

Probably a relay burning out Pull the panel, locate the buzzing source and replace it.

I assume you have replaced the blower fuse before.The compressor has probably failed and that is what is blowing the fuse. You may be able to unplug the clutch on the compressor and use the heat without blowing the fuse again.Otherwise someone will have to trace the circuit with the blown fuse to find out what it powers.

Before replacing the blower motor, you should have checked the motor's input wiring loom for power.Do you have power here?If you don't have power, then you need to check your blower switch output wires.
