you hvae a transmission problem

it may be in the back of the alternator or if it is late model it will be in the ECM unit so schematics may be hard to come by you may get a schematics if you can get a diagram of the alternator .

It should provide space when tilting the alternator downwards.

It appears from a wiring diagram that there is no ignition control module. The ignition coils' primary circuits are grounded through the PCM. And the wires to the sensors are all from the PCM. If you are sure the computer is the problem... remove the original one and it will have a tag on it with part numbers. Find one at a salvage yard and compare part numbers to make sure they are the same and it should work. The only thing that may cause issues is if the vehicle has a security system and a relearn/reprogram may be required

Spark is controlled by the ignition control module. There's where your problem is.

First, check to see if all spark plug wires are firmly attached. If they are, then look at or replace your spark plugs. If you have a testor, see if all spark plug wires are working well.

I would check to see if the brake light switch is stuck.
