Hello bback.
If your wipers are working the problem is not the fuse as it is powered by the same fuse as the wipers.
It is fuse #F56 20AMP in the central junction box.
Usually the problem is a bad washer pump.

your headers should not glow orange/red should be nom. check with google or dealer

there are no marks, special tools are needed when replacing the timing belt.

The seat belt warning chime is controlled by the central timer module ! You can't just disconnect fuses , other things may stop working !
Safety Belt Warning Indicator Lamp and Chime
The safety belt indicator and chime feature is controlled by the CTM. The driver safety belt switch is hardwired to the CTM. If at any time during the first 60 seconds after the ignition switch is placed in position II, if the driver safety belt is sensed as being unfastened, the CTM will process the input, and in turn, output a signal to the CTM through a hardwired circuit. In turn the CTM will output a visual warning to the instrument cluster. If at any time during the first six seconds after the ignition switch is place in position II and the safety belt is not fastened, the safety belt warning chime will sound.
When the seat belt is connected the warning still chimes ? Could have code stored in the CTM .

it's an indicator warning you of emissions and/or engine control failure.

you seem to have a switch issue on that door...it may be corroded and need just a cleaning ....you could replace switch ....first i would check to see if switch is getting power ...you do so using an ohm meter at switch ...

Have somone help you as you bleed the brakes. Have them pump the pedal 3 times and hold the pedal down with constant pressure while you crack the bleed valve open to the problem caliper. Don't let them release the pedal until you have closed the bleeder valve. Continue this process until you have fluid coming out without air. Periodacillay check the master cylinder to be sure it remains full enough so as not to allow more air in because the resivouir ran to low during the bleeding process. If when you are done and the brake light continues to be on then you will need to bleed the proportioning valve until the system balances out on line pressure.

It sounds like an intermittent alternator/voltage regulator problem. I would suggest testing the alternator.

No not central locking. The motor to unlock has power at all times. You have a ground short some where.

Ohms resistance should be no more than 5. Usually they are at .5 to .9

soak the screws/bolts, and nuts around the switch. then put in nuetral while blocking wheels so car does not move. then unplug wiring, shift lever nut, then bolts for switch. there is a line on the switch which you must pay attention to, then tighten bolts, plug in wiring, install lever, and then put in park, try it out, then try reverse lamps, the try and start in neutral......jim

Try changing battery.try fuse.in relay box.if none of them work it will be sensor eye .in robe

depending on trans and engine mount type the mark my be on flywheel but generally most cars it is located on the belt pulley attached to crank rod, center bottom one on engine block. the timeing mark should be visable from top looking down. if you use a big ratchet to turn over the engine by hand and go slowly, you should see thhe marks pass as you do so.

The cooling fan is controlled by the PCM via a couple of relays. Try swapping the cooling fan relays and see if the fan starts to work. If that doesn't work than you will likely need a scan tool to determine if there is a fan request from the PCM.
