Oil filter location

The oil filter on your 2004 sunfire is under the air intake hose. you take this hose off by loosening the two clamps that hold it onto the air filter housing and the air intake. Under that is a black cap with a large hex head on it, i believe 1.25 inch. that is the oil filter cap. take that off and pull the used oil filter off the bottom.

I have a 2004 Pontiac sunfire, the temp and fuel

About the only thing you can be sure of at this point is that your problem is NOT being CAUSED by a fuse. Fuses do not cause electrical circuit malfunctions. Electrical circuit malfunctions cause fuses to blow. This may sound like I am being "trivial" or "nit-picky" but many people do not understand this basic concept of "cause and effect". I have seen many people spin their wheels for weeks and not find the problem with their vehicle simply because they do not understand this. With that said....Your Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) is part of your onboard computer network. It can be fully tested by interfacing the computer network with the correct scan tool equipment. I would BEGIN diagnosis of this problem by scanning ALL of your computer modules for fault codes, then diagnose and repair accordingly. If there is a blown fuse involved in this problem at all, one or more of the computer modules will most likely report a loss of power somewhere. If so, they will identify which circuit is malfunctioning an give you an idea of what is going on. Then, the problem will need to be repaired before replacing the fuse or it will just blow another fuse. Otherwise, it could also be that the IPC itself needs to be replaced. However, I would take ALL the steps necessary to PROVE that before running out and replacing it.

Transmission issues

Typical Clutch Problem. Check to see if Clutch Linkage is Hydraulic or Mechanical. If Hydraulic then replace Clutch Slave Cylinder First.Bleed out air from Hydraulic line. if this doesn't fix it and or it has a Mechanical Clutch Linkage then Replace Clutch itself don't forget to get a new throw ou bearing and pack it with heavy duty grease otherwise in 20,000 miles you'll be doing it again. Thanks Keith

Drivers side wipe wont work

If only one wiper arm isn't moving, it might just be a loose nut. Remove the cover over the nut that attaches the arm and check it. It it's tight, then you have a problem with the wiper transmission under the cowl.
