check the fuel pressure regulator and the map sensor vacuum hoses. as for the not revving above 4000 rpm is what the computer limits the engine to with no load on it, like in park or neutral.

You may want to do some research on the code. The basic problem is the anti-theft system is not seeing a crank signal and shutting down the fuel pump. It could be the security system, or the crank sensor, or other issues. If you have auto start or a remote starting system it can cause these problems too.

Yes it has one and no i don't know the location.But here is what the book says it is under the dash to the left of the steering column.

Can you jumper the fuel pump relay and make the engine run ?Have you checked the computer for trouble codes ?

What kind of vehicle? If it is a GM product it will have a keeper on back side of window crank. It fits into a slot and can be removed by simply pulling on it with a crooked pick.

• Check the fuse first and if the fuse is good checked the connection of the wire in your horn button and make sure that the negative wire is properly connected.

Sounds like a problem with crank, cam or the knock sensor.

More than likely you have a defective electric sun roof drive motor. remove the cover on the motor and tap it with hammer handle, if it starts working you need to replace it.
