Broken Qtr, Glass How do I replace it?

You will have to remove the trim around the glass and clean up every piece of broken glass. Then, scrape all the sealant material and remaining broken glass stuck on the frame and put new sealant material on the frame. Lastly, replace the trim and place a few pieces of tape to temporarly hold the glass on, while the sealant cures. Sounds easy enough but it can inflict lots of cuts and scrapes as well as become messy. Good luck.

Hazards and blinkers not working

There are separate fuses for the turn signals and blinkers, but you should check both of them just to see if they're good.

You may have a burnt out turn signal bulb as well. I know that this sounds like an obvious answer, but a single bulb can sometimes disable the entire system because of the way that some flashers operate.

You could also have a defective turn signal/hazard light flasher. This is located under the dash board on the driver's side between the steering column and the door. You have to remove the sound insulation/kick panel (the cover on the bottom of the dash board) to reach the flasher (it is easy to remove - I don't think you even need tools).

I have a 97 Grand Am Which the theft system is

Very Very Common GM Problem.
It is called a PassLock 2 system.

You can reset the computer yourself very easily.

Turn key to ON position (do NOT start). Leave in ON position for EXACTLY 10 MINUTES. As SOON as the anti-theft light quits flashing, and turns off, then IMMEDIATELY start the car.

That''s it!

You can do this everytime and it will work.

They do sell a passlock 2 bypass kit very affordable online that you can install but you won't have anti-theft but you won't have the problem either.

I have a 1997 Pontiac Grand Dam GT 2 door coup, And I need to know the fuze that controls the gas guage is located? and what the number is on the fuze?

The fuel gauge is not fused separately. If the gauge is not working you likely have a defective fuel level sending unit inside the fuel tank.

Won't come out of park. You can hear click when brake pushed

You should get your hands on a Chilton/Haynes repair manual that covers your year/make/model. There is a trouble shooting section that will answer this question and tell/show you how to fix it. It sounds as though either a sensor or switch has failed.

How do I open the trunk of my 97 grand am when key wont turn it

someone moved the switch in the or should i say on the trunk lock itself to disable the trunk release from inside, SO...Bottom of seat where your Butt goes, Has to be pushed hard to the rear bumber from the front on both side driver and passenger in the rear to disengage the rear catch then the rear seat comes up, Next you should see 2 screws at the bottom of the back rest remove them and lift the back out, then your going to need a long screw driver or extensions for ratchet to unbolt the lock from the inside and that should be that,? Have fun.

Car turns over but won't start fuel injector fuse and ignition fuses are good but no power is getting to them. also the stereo and wipers only work when ignition is on accessory. when its on r

Sounds like it could be a bad ignition switch-the electrical part, not the lock cylinder. When key is in the on position (run), those fuses should be powered. Are all the maxi-fuses good? They distribute power throughout the car's electrical circuits-like the fuse panel, for instance, so check the maxi-fuses. If good, probably the ignition switch is bad.

My 2.4 grand am is leaking oil in what appears to

The oil seal on the pan has aged and it will have to be replaced. But that shouldn't have happened this severely so you should take a look at why - the engine overheated, you have used the wrong oil, someone hasn't tighten the pan bolts properly. Also check the rest of the engine bay - if it has prematurely aged in one spot it might have done so in others.
