what i would do if you cant find it is to unplug the two wire connector at the retractor sorry i dont know where that fuse box is

When you have everything taken apart the markings should be on the pulleys and the crank. Do you know what the correct timing is for the engine? If not go buy a Haynes manual and they will have all you need to do the job. Haynes is a lot less expensive then the factory manual. Make sure you drain the oil and anti freeze also, or you will have a mess on your hands.

Flat battery.

It should be where you were looking. Its kind of close to the far left side by the e bake

Most GM cars the fuel filter is located under the car by the left rear wheel. Be sure you wait at least a half hour after running the car to remove the filter, the system retains pressure for a while.

check your fuel filter is clean, and may need to clean idle jet on carburettor

check the oil .... what colour is it ? also what colour is the exhaust smoke. you can get the codes from the check engine light scanned at autozone for free when they are open again. while you are there pick up a bottle or two of gas-line antifreeze (it absorbs any water in your fuel) in case that is the issue.

Timing belt should be changed at 100000 miles

check for power at brake light switch and fuses.

they should be on the belts in little white marks and you can tell them with a timing light i know for sure on the serpintine belt

I think you mean the column shift lever which is replaced by tapping out the pivot pin from under the base of the shifter. It is a chrome colored pin and will only come out if you tap it LIGHTLY from the bottom.

have you tried new bulbs? if so then i suspect there is a "dry" (cracked) solder joint to the circuit
