How many miles on the vehicle ? Suggest you check for spark , fuel pressure an do a compression test. Check the basic's . GM vehicle's with V-6 engines are known for timing chain an gear' wearing an jumping time . The gear on the cam shaft is aluminum with teflon coating . Replaced a number of them . If hasn't , should be around 100,000 .

You need to have the body control module scanned for fault codes.

I looked at info for the 3.4L I need more info, I don't know what testing you have done? When you first turn on the key, no crank, can you hear the fuel pump run for a couple seconds? Did you use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. Don't forget the fuel injectors. The diagram is fuel pump relay--3.4L engine.

turn key to ON position wait 10 min untill security light stops flashing and dissapears then hit unlock 3 times then start

more likely to be pump. can diagnose with test light.

sorry would need to see it to know the problem ,but i have had it where the oil filter itself wasnt made properly and it leaks on the crimped seal on the filter .

There is an issue, you have a dead short in the circuit, no quick fix for this. You must first get a wiring diagram of the entire circuit and then follow it until you locate the shorted wire or component.
