I bet your RPM wont go over 2500 or 3500 when you kick it down <dont waste your time with air flow sensors or O2 sensors ,it's 100 % the fuel pump ,i replace almost everything it turns out the fuel pump was faulty

You most likely have a broken wire in the steering column that goes to the manual shift mode switch. And as far as the exhaust leak goes, you need a new manifold. They crack and leak. Common problem.

What kind of dealer can not locate spiral cable?
The name of that spiral cable is CLOCK SPRING ,
it's under steering wheel , connecting air bag at wheel to main harness.
I would recommend to change the dealer before your air bag shoot you in the face.

Look for NAKED or LOOSE wires under dash because something is shorting out cause the blown fuses. Possibly in the "Steering Column" if you truck has TILT Steering. LOOSE PLUGINS could cause this as well GOOD LUCK!

On the right half of your engine compartment there is a silver tube with a black cap on top.

How about the high voltage coil, the high voltage wires to the distributor cap, the cap itself and the rotor inside. Any one of these could be the problem.

your valve cover gasket is leaking. well the tube gasket is leaking. those are i beleive part of the valve cover so you will have to replace the whole valve cover assembly and the gasket that goes around the valve cover.

Have to check the motor or wiring

Could be a stuck parking brake cable, or something broken inside the caliber, or a faulty brake hose.

The fuel gauge doesn't have its own separate fuse.
