That code if for a leak in the evaporative emissions system. Check you fuel filler cap first. If it isn't on right it will cause this fault code. If that's not it, you'll need a mechanic to test the entire system for leaks.

i have the same problem. it started today. any luck in finding a solution?

Get under car and look for evaporator drain hose. (wear eye and face protection) . Use a long screwdriver and clean it out . Be careful cold water and debris will fall on you. That should solve the problem.

The3 oil filter if over tighten it will leak around the seal. Replace the filter and hand tighten only if this is your problem

There is an actuator that moves the diverter that makes the noise.

As for the beeping noise, could be the tire pressure sensor. When it beeps, look for a yellow warning light that looks like this ( ! ) Means you have a tire that is low on air.

The rubber O-ring from the previous oil filter most likely stuck to the engine when filter was replaced. Remove oil filter and ensure only 1 rubber O-ring is sealing the oil filter to the engine.

if 3 windows are not working then 95% chance it is the main window switch. first check relays and fuses.

As the check engine light is ON, you need to take your vehicle to the nearest autozone . As the check engine light is ON, this confirms that there is an error stored in the memory of the car computer.Once you scan the car, you would get certain codes. Let me know the codes and i would be able to follow up from there. There is no point of wasting you time on speculations when scanning the car would most probably tell us the root cause of the problem. For more about check engine light, read :-

If you have the scanner, you could also scan the codes with it without taking / towing the vehicle to autozone.

What kind of dealer can not locate spiral cable?
The name of that spiral cable is CLOCK SPRING ,
it's under steering wheel , connecting air bag at wheel to main harness.
I would recommend to change the dealer before your air bag shoot you in the face.

If by that you mean that you truck shut off and you can't start it up then you must do some testing: first  find out if you still have power in the battery - use a voltmeter to read at least 11 volts, if not, the battery is dead; if that happened while driving then the alternator is dead.
Next check that you have power at the key switch by turning in the first position and lighting up the interior lights. 
Next check that when you turn the key the dash lights up - if it doesn't then you have a bad contact in the key (or wiring) or the fuses are burned.
Finally try to start the engine - if it turns then you must tow the truck to have the error codes read. Once you know them you can investigate further.

if you go to the parts store they make them ready to plug in you will have to just unplug the tail lights and plug the wire harness inplace of it then itll plug back into the original spot.

You obviously need to stop driving it and start taking it apart ,until you find the problem

just a suggestion this may not be your problem but check by your brake pedal for a switch that will be built like the switch that turns out your refriderator lite this switch is a safety telling the shifter the brake is depressed and it is safe to shift out of nuetral, make sure the brake is fully depressing this switch good luck

As far as your 4WD light problems, can't help you. The loose hose sounds like the front diff vent hose.

i would change the bulb sounds like the 2-way light is broken

You will either need to buy the direct replacement which will cost a good amount of money (hundreds) or you can buy an aftermarket which you will have to cut out and weld in.
I recently bought an aftermarket catalytic converter for $100 and the muffler shop welded it (and a muffler) for $60.

Well first of all, who ever gave you the idea of using ether to start your Titan should be strung up to the rafters and shot with frozen paint balls. Using ether to try to start this vehicle can lead to the heads separating from the block. Do not tell the dealer that you did this!!!

Is the fuel pressure ok? Do you still have spark? Its possible that a cam position sensor is not responding/relaying a signal.
