2004 nissan titan = starts and runs fine

Not sure to be honest as to what the cause could be ,i would suspect a coil pack problem or even the ignition module if it has one but i think it may be built into the ECU ,although you havent stated if this is a diesel engined vehicle so having more information would help a great deal

Why mytemperature oil isto high

Hello, welcome to Fixya! If your truck's temperature is too high, it mean the truck is overheating.when the truck's temperature becomes too high, is there still water in the radiator? If there is water in the radiator and the car overheats, then it means there might be some dirt or blockage in the radiator or condenser. When the car is on the motion, air passes through the front and assists the fan to cool the engine. There are situation whereby air doesn't have free flow because of blockage in the radiator and condenser. Dust and debris can cause blockage. If this be the case, have your radiator washed thoroughly and cleaned. If there is no water in the radiator when the car overheats, then there is a probably a leakage from the water pump. Or maybe your fan isn't blowing properly. The fan might be blowing weak air. The above are what could cause your engine to over heat. So start the check from the radiator. Poor water into the radiator, wait for some minutes, look under the car and observe if water is going to leak. If there is a leak, it might be from the water pump or a leaking hose. If water from radiator has no leak, have your radiator washed and clean the condenser has they might block air that is suppose to cool the engine. Also, make sure your fan is blowing properly or well enough to cool the engine. Make sure you have the above checked thoroughly as they are the major causes of problems like this. This overheating problem could lead to a burnt gasket and this can dry the engine oil which will eventually knock the engine. So have this problem fixed to prevent further damage that will cost you more money. Lastly, remove the hose that connects the radiator to the engine, water from the engine will come out. Pour water into the radiator, the water will flow through the hose down to the ground. Do this severally. Now connect the hose back to the engine, pour water into the radiator. Start the engine, the water in the radiator will reduce, add more water till radiator is full.In summary, the major cause of over heating problem is from the radiator, fan, water pump, blockage in the hose, and dirt in in/on the condenser. These are area you need to concentrate on.I forgot to mention that the acceleration meter or engine meter on the dash board shouldn't be more the 5. It should be below 5. If it is above 5, it can cause overheating. I hope you understand what I mean.....Regards.

2004 titan not blowing air out the vents except a

Most likely you have dirty can clogged cabin air filters. If you know they have been changed, then read no further. If they have not, follow these steps for replacement.

1. Open glove box (passenger side) and remove retractable cord on right side of glove box.
2. Remove 2 plastic hinge pins for glove box ( they pull straight out no tools & are a little hard to push back in take your time - Plastic don't break!!)
3. Remove glove box .Look into hole where glove box used to be. Right side you'll see cover with bolt in middle (8mm I think) remove cover.
4 Replace missing or dirty filters. There are 2 filters . They sit side by side.
5. Reverse process to close.

FYI : Home depot furnace air filter for $3.95 can be cut to size and works just great for a lot less than the $30. cost of these filters at some places. You can make 2 sets and have a replacement for next year!! Enjoy!

Why does my break pedal leak air?

You have a bad seal in your break booster unit,, just behind your master break cylinder is a big roung doughnut looking thing, this unit works off vacume from the engine, it helps you push down on the break peddle so its not so tuff to stop! well on that booster unit there is a seal that keeps the unit from loosing vacume past the rod leading into your break peddle, sounds like this seal is leaking vacume .. you can replace this unit your self if you want to tackle it, its going to be some work to replace and you should probley have the manual on this truck to do the work.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!

Fuel comes back out fill tube when fueling 04titan

With the information you've provided, one cam only imagine that you are obviously over filling the tank.

So this leads me to suspect that maybe (just maybe) your gas gauge is saying you are on empty, or 1/4 tank or a 1/2 tank whatever, etc. And you are wanting to make sure it is full.

I presume it always says this and that perhaps you need to have the sending unit replaced inside your fuel tank.

Otherwise, if all things are in working order and you meant to say that the Pump Nozle that the service station uses (where you fuel up) is not shutting off when your tank is full.

One of two things are happening,

In the case of a pump handle that has an auto lever, either they have a faulty pump nozle, in which case you need to talk with them about this.

OR

It is a manual Nozle, in which case you are holding the lever personally and are over filling your tank...

It would be advisable to look up the total fuel capacity of your tank and make a note of approximately how many gallon are in it before fueling up.

This way, if you know there are say around 5 gallons and you have an 15 gallon tank.
Adding even 10 gallons you would be running the risk of over flowing since you are only estimating say 5 gallons at the beginning, maybe it is 5 1/2 or even closer to 6. Therefore only about 9 gallons could be added without over flowing...

Hopefully you'll have found something useful in this.

Good Luck and happy motoring

Respectfully

if the smoke is coming from the engine bay, check for spilt oil or an oil leak, especially on the exhaust. clean/fix this and the smoke should stop.

if it is coming from the exhaust, check you have used the correct grade of oil (too thin oil may bypass oil seals slightly) and you have not overfilled the engine and this can cause internal pressure, causing oil to bypass the seals, or even blow oil seals completely. overfilling will also damage the catalytic converter.
