The key switch may be worn enough that it is not turning all the accessories off when you pull it out.

Does it unlock the other door? Have you checked the battery in the remote? If battery is dead, you may have to reprogram the remote after replacing.

I would like to help but I would need more info on what is actually going on if it's just not starting easy and seems to be the clutch pedal then I would look under the dash at the top of the pedal there you should find a switch that swith tells the car that you have the clutch depressed for starting make sure that it is working by watching it click while you press the clutch in you may need twould people for this

try changing the battery in the keyis the check engine light on

If they ripped it out maybe they have caught a wire going to ecu. Try connecting the 9 wire plug if you can see the block it goes to.

outer shells or skins are fitted by folding the metal back over the inner part of the door the removal process requires you to grind the edge of the fold off and lift the skin off the inner door fitting is by bending the shin flap back around the door panel and hammering it tight AS the inner section can warp during this process, it is best performed by a panel shop that has the jig to hold the panel in shape while the refit is being done

On the VQ35DE enginge, follow the lower radiator hose from the radiator to the engine block. That is where you will find the thermostat housing.

Should be a sticker somewhere under the hood

send it back and try another computer, they do sell junk ones, i hope thats it, anything done to it b4 this started? stereo stuff, wiring?

Is the thermostat installed up side down. That does happen sometimes and will cause that. Is the radiator a new one if not could be plugged and won't let the antifreeze flow. Is the water pump functioning right. Check your belts as well. Is the fluid in the rad up where it should be. Low fluid will cause the water pump to not work. Just thoughts of what would cause your problem.

before you do anything make sure all your turn light bulbs are working. If one is burnt out they will won't work. Also in my Buick I had to replace the turn signal relay up under the dash which was a twelve dollar item. Get a mechanic to really check it out before you spend a lot of money.Ask him about the relay switch if you haven't
