depending on outside temperature but if you in new york state and from what i have seen on the TV with the ice then place a piece of cardboard in front of the radiator to block the air flow so the engine can get warm then when weather warms up a bit check it all out by flushing the heater core and then the engine ,check thermostat is fitted and refill with antifreeze .

pull the driveshaft, take the bolts out of tranny and loosen hte nuts on tha crossmember. slide the trany back far enough to get to the flywheel bolts, or remove tranny. take out the bolts holding the flywheeland remove old clutch. go to the parts store and get your new clutch and the alignment tool(makes it alot easier)when you put the new clutch in, use the alignment tool to keep the clutch in line with the splines amd toghten the flywheel back up. remove the alignment tool and put your tranny back in .
Tranny problems
Well, you say the noise is in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th, and I assume this is an overdrive tranny with the overdrive in 5th.
This means your 4th gear is more than probably direct (1:1) ratio.
Meaning you have a bad countershaft bearing(s), or gears...
In direct, your countershaft still spins but carries no power/torque to the wheels (it is basically just freewheeling), input shaft speed/torque goes directly/is locked to the output shaft, so you don't hear the noise; in any other gear, where the countershaft bears a load, you hear the bad bearing or gears.
Either way your tranny has serious internal issues and needs to be rebuilt before it destroys itself.
