Water leaking into cab interior ac on
Your condensate drain is plugged. Your evaporator case("inside coil") is sweating and the sweat is dripping into the footwell. If you can fit yourself under the truck, just behind the rigght front fender, you'll see a small-diameter rubber hose hose coming out of teither the firewall or the floor. Find a stiff wire and gently poke it up the hose. If it goes in really easily and really far, the problem is that the hose is off at the evaporator case inside the truck.
Check engine light on, I took to the mechanic it
$550 ? That seems way out of line. Check with another mechanic or you can purchase a special mass airflow sensor cleaning solution in an aerosol can that you simply spray on the sensor element. I have used this before and had good success with it. Please rate my answer, thanks.

Engine stalling and rough run
issue at low speeds
This problem
is commonly caused by a dirty automatic idle speed control valve and
throttle valve. Buy a can of throttle valve cleaner (do not use
carburetor spray cleaner!) from NAPA or Carquest (made by CRC
chemicals) and spray it into the air intake while the engine is
running, use up about 1/2 the can, engine will try to stall hold the
speed up, shut it down and let it soak for 30 minutes, restart and
blow out the remaining fluid, shut it down and disconnect the
negative battery cable for 5 Min's to reset the base idle control
No start
it'll be your clutch safety switch more than likely! If you follow the clutch pedal up, underneath the dash you should see a switch. To test, pull the wire off, and "short" the two prongs(Run a wire interconnecting the two) and try and start it.MAKE SURE you have the truck in neutral, or your foot on the clutch!
Belt keeps breaking when put a new one on that
if it keeps breaking you either have atension or alignment problem. Alignment will show on the edges of the belt and you should be able to catch a bit of burnt rubber smell on the belt. Unless you have done major work orpulled something thatbwould have moved a pulley my bet would be on tension. on a serpintine belt there is atensioning pulley and these do wear out. When the tension is out the belt can slap and break
