My gas gauge does not work, what could be wrong with it?

In most cases, the reason why a gas gauge might stop working is because the sending unit located insider the fuel tank may have worn out. In some cases, this may require you to replace the fuel pump as well, because a lot of times they come with the fuel level sending unit attached. Otherwise, if your car is indeed fuel-injected and you are planning on dropping the fuel tank and changing the sending unit, I would also recommend changing the fuel pump as well, for good measure. I hope this helps! :)

Clicking from dash when starting

Does the car still start? Do the warning lights and gauges turn on when the key is turned to on? I believe that is part of what the ignition relay serves. Is it located above the instrument panel fuse box? If so, there are 2 or 3 other relays there: an accessory relay, an ECCS relay, and possibly a fuel pump relay. If you hold a finger lightly on each relay when the clicking occurs, you should find the one clicking. It could be a faulty relay, or the wiring for the relay needs checked.

Retractable Seatbelt stuck in one position. Doesn't retract once engine started. Any advice?

Common problem with nissan, the retractor mechanism for the dseatbelt has burned out. Its located at the bottom of the door pillar next to your seat. Remove srews or pop cover off and youll see it on the bottom of door pillar. You can get one from your local salvege yard for around 10 to 25 dollars
