Transmission
Often when you have problems with shifting, you have worn out your fluid and all the internals of the transmission, (clutches and friction plates,)will wear out on the old burnt fluid. When you replace the fluid, and or filter, you often make the situation worse because the new fluid has nothing to grab onto. The clutches and plates inside your trans are worn out.

Find inhibitor relay cannot find it
The
starter inhibitor relay is located in the relay box just behind the
headlight on the driver's side. It is Nissan part 25630-9662 and has
six pins. There are two normally closed contacts that turn off cruise
control when you start the engine. The other contacts are normally open
and close to energize the starter solenoid when you start the engine.
Power for the relay coil must pass through the transmission
reverse/neutral safety switch when the transmission is in Park or
Neutral. This switch is located on the side of the transmission and is
reached from underneath on the front, driver's side. (Remove the
plastic
protective covering from underneath the engine in that area-it has about 10 screws.)
Name of engine
Look in the engine bay. There will be a tag on the firewall, near the bottom of your windscreen with all the details of your car.
1993 nissan sentra\r\nnot abel to unlock
This can be a little tricky since the door is closed. If it were open it would not be that big of a challenge. I would first try using a slim jim to unlock the door, if this does not work by no means should you try to pry it open. But, you can take it to a body shop and have the outside door lock removed or snatch it out yourself. This may cause you to have to rekey the entire car.
Battery light flickers and strange sound from fuse
The fuse box on many cars also contains the relay bank for various circuits in our vehicles.
One of these may be failing and 'chattering' as it does so, or the device it controls may be dying.
If you open the fuse box and see block-shaped devices, take a screwdriver, rest the tip on each relay in succession and hold the handle on your ear.
You can generally isolate the noisy one pretty easily.
How do i know if the fuel pump is not working
If this is electric it's pretty easy. When you turn the key to on, not the start position, you should hear the pump power up to put pressure on the lines. You can test this pressure at the Carburator or Injectors, depending on which you have. It's not just a matter of having pressure, you have to have the correct pressure range. To locate this information and more testing procedures you should get the Haynes repair manual on your vehicle.
How do I time the engine
By changing the rotor button, this would not cause the timing to be off. As long as you don't remove the distributor a and turn the engine over. If your car is running rough it could be the wires were put on wrong, or a plug is fouled, You could have a bad plug wire. It's many options that could be the problem.
I have spark from the dist. but can't quite see
If you can see spark from the lead coming out of the distributor than you should be able to see spark coming off the plug. Try using a screwdriver instead of a plug. That way you can rule out fouled spark plugs too.
Car cranks but wont stay running
u should be able to hear the pump right away for three seconds after the key is turned on.if it is working i would next check for spark in and out of the dist.
