How do I check engine codes on a '93 Nissan Quest?

Here is a general description on retrieving codes. You will need to check online for the actual codes and their meanings. Systems built before 1996 will not show much compared to OBD2 systems built after 1996. Turn ignition key on. On Pathfinder, Pickup and Van models, proceed as follows:
    1. Turn diagnostic mode selector on ECU to ON position and wait until inspection lamps flash.
    2. Note number of flashes, then immediately turn diagnostic mode selector to Off position.

When do I change the timing belt of a 2004 nissan quest

Nissan recommends replacement of the timing belt and water pump at 84 months or 105K miles whichever comes first. ALWAYS replace the water pump at the same time as the timing belt or you will be out the same amount of labor in 2-3 months when the pump goes bad after the timing belt replacement.

Fuse for tail lights keeps blowing

You have a serious short circuit in the wiring to the tail lights. Fuses protect the wiring in your vehicle from catching fire. You need to trace the tail light wiring from the fuse box to the tail lights to locate the fault/short circuit.A wiring diagram can help as it shows the colour code of the wires to the tail lights. This problem can be difficult to trace and you most likely need an auto electrician to fix this problem. It could mean installing a new wire to the tail lights as a quicker fix and bypass the fault..

How can u stop the buzzing noise for the automatic seatbelt on 93 nissan quest? Is there a fuse?

No fuse, but on the side between the door the panel you can take off and just unhook the wire(s) and then put the panel bak on. The only problem is that the light will stay lit on your drivers dash board. But it ststop the noise with no effect, Take 20 minutes top to do this.
