My speedometer won't go above
check out both (output and input speed sensors), as well as (both connectors); do this first. Next, remove instrument cluster, and replace coil-spring that operates speedometer needle ( has tendancy to go back at anytime).

Have a 91 nissan maxima, replace injectors all 6,
-Have you connect all electrical lines to all injectors...?
-If yes. all are connected then do the following test:
-Disable the fuel pump by removing the fuel pump fuse.
-Disconnect all electrical line from the injectors.
-Use noid light tester to connect to each line then crank about 2-3
seconds to see any light. Do one after the others to all 6.
-If all lines have light then now remove all spark plug, leave it open then crank the engine for 6-7 time to clear all gas inside.
-install plug back into. connect all injector line.
Now start. You should be good to go.
Good luck

My 91 Nissan Maxima when idling in park or nuetral revs up and down
Check for any air leaks between the mass airflow meter and the engine like the rubber being split on the air intake boots etc.. I once had a toyota that would do the same thing and the fix for that was to flush the coolant passages in the throttle body, worth a try. Also you said you replaced the TPS. If the TPS has slotted holes you must set the minimum TPS volts or that can also cause idling issues. Clean the throttle body as well.

WHY DOSE MY DASH NOT LIGHT UP WHEN HEAD LIGHTS ON
There is usually a dimmer switch for the dash lights near the left side of the dash behind the steering wheel. Sometimes that can get bumped when you get in the car and turn the dash lights completely off.

Car does not start. No spark coming from ignition coil
If the starter works and there is no spark at the ignition coil, replace it. Check your center electrode wire too. A new distributor cap and rotor may be in order as well. If that doesn't fix it, your distributor is shot.

1991 nissan maxima vacuum hose routing diagram
If dealer will not provide, there are books available which have nothing but vacuum diagrams. FYI, most newer cars have basic vacuum diagrams on a sticker somewhere under the hood. Dirt often prevents one from seeing it.

Can you give me steps on how to remove the
Don't attempt it. It is not for the DIYer. There are very detailed procedures to follow and getting the timing right is is tricky. If you do attempt it buy a good manual and follow it closely.

1991 Nissan maxima hesitates
Best guess is O2 sensor is reading too much unburned fue in the exhaust for some reason and leaning out the fuel flow to compensate. Runs when you throw more throttle at it but leans out as you try to hold steady speed. Should throw a code though.

NO START
Have someone in the car when you lock it from outside. The person that is inside needs to unlock the car for you. This deactivates the anti theft and it should start. Let me know if this works.
