I would return to where you had your repair done and enlighten them on the issues you are having. They should adjust or fix what needs done for free. Other than that it may just be due to having a new pad on the just one brake, so it is in turn more efficiently braking than the others causing that wheel to slow down faster than the rest.

You should understand that there has be a certain amount of fuel sent to
the fuel rail and that amount of fuel has to be at a certain pressure
to continue running the engine. If the fuel is diminished in any what
or for what any reason, the engine computer starts taking count of the
misfires and after a predetermined amount of misfires detected, the
computer starts shutting down cylinders because it recognizes
"insufficient fuel".

A sparkplug can fowl out only if there is a problem in that cylinder alone, not with the parts from another cylinders.
In your case you have a worn out oil seal - most likely in the piston but it can also be one on the valve stems. You will need to measure the compression in that cylinder - if it's low it's the ring on the piston. The head will have to come off to replace it.

Hi and good day
Hello and welcome to FixYa!
Even though you have spark, I suspect that it's too weak to burn fuel that's why it floods. I strongly suggest that you replace the distributor coil. To access the distributor coil, you will need to remove the distributor cap and rotor.
Once you remove them, you can gain access to the distributor coil. Take note, it's gonna be messy for oil on the coil can be expected. Once you replaced the distributor coil you'll surely have good current supply to the plugs. This will surely eliminate the fuel flooding issue.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!
