You should have 2 sensors, one before the Cat and another right after the Cat.

Could you please describe in detail what is happening? there are many different possible causes, and with out knowing exactly whats happening is really tough to figure it out. What kind of engine is it? 3.1? 3.8? 2.4? Check all the basics, good battery, good battery connections, clean air filter, good spark plugs, plug wires, fuel filter, fuel pump, and could also be a sensor going bad, what kind if any engine codes are there? Is your check engine light on?

sounds like a low battery , get the battery checked for holding charge, if a new battery doesnt resolve the issue's have the OBD codes read to pinpoint the sensor/switch at fault

put a jack and a piece of wood under you engine then jack it up until you feel pressure that should allow you to safely remove the motor mount and replace your belt.

sounds like fuel related, as no codes show back to old skool,check all air intake/vacuum hosses for condition check for blockage in main air intake hose/pipe check for fuel pressure and injector spray pattern, check they color of deposits on the spark plugs , check exhaust is not blocked ,try this lot then let me know how your getting on

you will have to go to the dealer, or wrecking yard and obtain a new shift knob. if you look in the front of the handle you will see a small metal piece that can be pried out with a small flat head screw driver and it will slide, reverse procedure to install

hit the catallitic converter with a hammer, , the honey combcame loose Inside and block the pipe, check if it rattle,if it is block try the car with o2 sensor remove ,performance should improve

try dimming lights and see if it comes on.if it does one of the beams has burnt out. low beam most often burns out first since its used more

First thing I would do before trying to fix this yourself is contact a Chevy dealer and find out if there is a recall on this problem. I would also advise that you take this one to a mechanic.

You will find that most check engine lights our monitoring the 02 senior. But GM has about 5 02 seniors and a recycle air pump.
