Check fuse. Make sure not burnt. The cover for LED version will have little retainer tabs inside so you have the push and pop out, most arecounter clock wise turn twist the socket to pull it out. I saw a Blazer forum out there too but you need to register. I haven't.

Gate ajar lite stays on dome lite wont shut off
I would start off with some WD 40 on the gate button and check the wires for corsion or bare wires touching, with the gate open the dome light comes on. Worst comes to worst get a new or used button at a junk yard.
Blazer will not start have gas battery is fine
If I understand you right, it sounds like the starter solenoid went bad and could possibly work again when the engine cooled down. The other scenario is that the ignition switch is bad (on steering column) or the neutral safety switch located on the transmission side. A real fluke would be that the starter BOLTS CAME LOOSE AND JAMMED THE STARTER, IF THIS IS THE CASE LOOSEN STARTER BOLTS, WIGGLE STARTER THEN TIGHTEN BOLTS TO SPECS.
How do i replace a crankshaf position senor on 2000 trailbazer/chevy
Should be a wiring harness and a one or two bolts holding the sensor right onto the block. Remove negative battery cable, undo wiring harness, take out bolt(s) and remove the sensor. Pull it straight out, do not bend or snap the sensor off inside the motor.. Put the new one in, and bolt up, connect the harness and the battery. Let key sit in "ON" position for about a minute before first start then start and let run for a couple minutes before driving. Good Luck!
