You have a ignition misfire , plugs , plug wires , coils

Open drivers door, on side of dashboard there is a panel door, the fuses are behind that, and there should be one in the engine compartment, a black box.

Its a fuel injection issue likely the pressure regulator check the throttle position sensor and all vacuum related issues to fuel and air intake systems .Then again if the throttle plate is stuck it got way to hot and the engine is likely damaged .The throttle problem could be a frayed cable that sticks in the jacket . You need to look at all of this stuff and think about it before you do any repairs. I can't see the vehicle check the cable and the throttle plate movement first it should move freely no binding or snagging if the plate is sticking not closing Ect it would cause this condition . Lack of fuel pressure would do the same thing .

Did you replace the flasher?

It's a plastic piece, right, like an elbow fitting? Only two ways those are held in the engine: they have threads and screw in, or it is a smooth fitting just pushed in with a rubber O-ring on it to keep it from leaking. If it is threaded, stick something just bigger than the diameter of the hose into the broken off piece and try unscrewing it out. Not as hard as it sounds, I have seen those just turn right out easy (most of the time!). If that broken off piece is smooth with an O-ring around it, you might need something like a stiff wire with a little hook or "L" on the end, stick it in past the fitting and get that hook on the end and yank it out. is the switch on the light itself turned on or is it in the middle I think there are 3 settings one for on and off and one for the doors

There is a special tool that screws onto the steering wheel threads and compresses the lock plate to release the snap ring so the lock plate will come off. It's a strong spring, so you'll have to rent the tool if you can't borrow one.

It is located on the Transmission, on the end by where the axle shaft goes in. (Hard to describe) It is bolted on with one bolt and has a wire connector going to it.

Make sure no pressure on the fuel system before taking anything loose. Usually after the vehicle sits overnight w/o the key being cycled, there shouldn't be much pressure, but, you still need to be aware of possibility. Use a catch pan for any gas that might run out of fuel lines. Sometimes loosening the gas cap can help, sometimes it doesn't. If you think too much gas is running out of fuel lines, plug line till you go back with new filter. If new filter has arrow, the arrow points toward engine. Do the work in open air, not in a clos3ed garage where there might be pilot lite of some kind. If you use a drop lite be careful where you place it. If the filter has threaded fitting on one end, use a couple of wrenches to take loose. If the other end of filter has a quick disconnect, some of these, I have taken loose with a pair of needle nose pliers. As far as safely raising and supporting the vehicle, where applicable. Safety is your responsibility. Never use only a jack to support the vehicle.

W thurber, there is a cheap tool for this, in a jam you can cut and bend a coat hanger, straight section for your handle 8", bend 1/4", slide this behind handle and feel for clip and pull up sharply. That light tells you something is wrong with the abs/brakes! Unless of course the sensor is defective. Better start checking. Your life may be at stake.

Check Throttle Position Sensor. Throttle Body may need cleaned. Fuel Filter may be dirty.

If its the cylinder for the rear drum brakes and not the caliper bolt it is a e6 female torx socket or wrench that will remove the two retaining bolts.
