Radio shach has a solderless antenna plug(but it is a generic type). You will probably have to get this plug and a GM adapter.(GM is the ONLY AUTO MANUFACTURER that doesn't use an antenna plug like the rest.

How to add transmission fluid ?

2006 Pontiac does not have Stick to check the fluid level, you need to raise the car and there is a screw on transmission side on passenger side, open it while card running and in normal premature (not too cold). If fluid does not leak out you are low on and if it flushes a lot out you are too high on fluid.

Over heats

It sounds like your electric radiator fan is not working. It may be the fan motor itself or the fan switch.

My windshield washer fluid is

Frost-Free Windshields
Vinegar will help keep windshields ice and frost free. When a car has to be left outside overnight in the winter, coat the windshields with a solution of 3 parts White Distilled Vinegar to 1 part water.A good tip for frost free windshields is believe it or not shaving cream.rub it in good and wipe off when starts to fog up reapply. You can also use the above tip with alcohol instead of vinegar I like the green kind best. In the summer I just use water with a splash of used blue print ammonia to prevent streaking and a squirt of dishwashing detergent
I believe if you open the drivers side door and open the fuse panel access door located on the dash you will see that there is usually a fuse in there for the washer pump

If the fuse is OK, the problem might be the pump, usually located in the bottom of the resevoir. They are notorious for dying. Replacements can be found at your local parts store

High beam lights and driving lights don`t work

Hi,
I got my daughter a 2003 Pontiac Sunfire. They are a lot of electrical work.
The problem is the wiring harness which splits and travels under the battery and the windshield washer reservoir. The wires oxidize and fall apart.
The low beams will work but if you turn on the high beams the lights will go completely out, right?
If this is the case I can pretty much guarantee that you will have to remove the battery, the drivers side front inner fender, the air filter housing, the air throat, and the windshield washer reservoir. You will then be able to open the wiring harness feeding the headlights. The wire that feeds your high beams is a pink wire. Test the wires from the harness plug (located just under the battery) to a point as close to the headlight as you can, Use a simple continuity tester. Also feel and bend the wires. If the insulation cracks and you see a green or lite blue powder then patch a new wire in.
All in all I found 4-wires which I replaced. Everything works now.
Good Luck,
Jay

The red gauges are on. what does that mean

if a light with word gauges lights up it means one of his gauges are out of range warning of a possiable problem such as low voltage, overheating, low oil pressure etc, it's the manufacturers way of getting your attention before you let car self destruct, could be as simple as low fuel.

My 2005, Pontiac sunfire has no activity after I changed the fuses because I thought that was why 2 of the gauges died first. However, I changed the fuses and then no gauges worked. Now, with no attempt to fix it, the rpm, and gas gauges will randomly get readings? What is your idea???

check your negative ground cable first thing. make sure that it is clean on the battery and all the other places it attaches too, and there are several. disconnect the battery negative and clean it and then disconnect the positive too. when you reinstall them after at least 5 minutes make sure they are very tight. not to the point of breaking them but tight. check back see, turn the key to the On only then off and then ON ( not start) shut it off and then start it as normal. is your check engine light on?
