It my need oil.

If it does not crank, it could be the key switch, the neutral safety switch, or the starter. While you are under the car you need to check to see if you have power on the purple wire at the starter solenoid when the key switch is in the start position. That is power coming from the key switch thru the neutral safety switch that energizes the starter solenoid.

Im not too sure but the first thing you need to do if you can is get a code reader and put it on the car and see what codes come up if any. And what do you mean thift system, what is that? do you mean theft system? that has nothing to do with your car starting. crank fuse? huh? it is most likely the stereo itself they failed alot when the cars were new.i put in hundreds of them in my 25 years at the gm dealer

you must fix them, do not drive you car with out them. you will ruin you car. check the fuse first.

They are called the Haynes Auto Repair Manual and just look for the one that is for the year and make and model of your car.Also if there are any colleges or trade schools in your area that have auto mechanics course, most of them also repair cars.
