Start with the fuse and if the fuse isn't blown check the relay by listening for a clicking noise when you turn on the light switch

you could use silicon spray or sealant but that is a cheap, messy fix, get the seals replaced. the switch issue is probably down to water damage and corrosion, replace the switch

Clean battery terminals, reconnect. If this doesn't fix it, I would replace battery. If not, next I would check the starter.

You need to get your test equipment checked. Your battery will not survive nor will the car start with those voltages. It needs to be about 11 to start. The terminal voltage should be about 13.8 when charging.

There's a problem with the Mass Air Flow sensor and/or circuitry

if you put the hose back on and put new fluid in it and it it is still hard to turn which means you pump prob went bad , make sure you have enough fluid in it first, you could have blown you rack and pinion but not likely

hard to answer without knowing what the ATV oil specs are. At less than half a quart I would just continue and make sure I changed the oil on time. If it worries you do a quick oil change.
