what do you mean by engine raggs? Is the engine using oil are is it leaking? if the engine is leaking then you need to find out where it is leaking oil from then replace the seal. if the engine is burring oil then you need to replace the piston rings. you and go to your local auto parts store and get some oil stop leak is the easiest fix.
