I have a 99 Nissan Quest and hose came off and i cannot figure out where it goes. It is black with a u- shaped metal about a 1/4 in diameter. It is located by the transaxle connectors under the fuse b

I had a Quest once with a bunch of little hoses like that and they turned out to be for the coolant to get from on place to the other. the metal u shape is to keep it from kinking. that are usually really hidden up in there behind a bunch of other things. was really aggravating trying to get them back on with out taking allot of stuff off to get at them. but if your not losing coolant or over heating i'm not sure where it goes or what it is

Passenger side window dont work

Usually they get power thru the driver's switch, so you may need to take another look at that switch and the harness.

Nissan micra water problem again

If you have lost a substantial amount of coolant, filling the reservoir doesn't fill the system.
If you don't have a radiator cap (many cars don't any more) it is necessary to pass through several cycles of warm-up and cool-off before all of the air in the system is displaced by coolant.
A pain in the **** when no fill is available on the radiator since it was simple to correct with that arrangement; you simply removed the cap, started the engine, watched the water/coolant level while the engine warmed up and once the coolant showed movement (circulation) you simply added coolant/mix a few times until it was full again. The movement of the visible water/coolant meant that the thermostat had opened and coolant was starting to circulate throughout the engine and radiator.
