Your e-brake cable that is connected to back brakes could be binding,cable could be bad,remove both bake drums and inspect brake shoe with cable connected to it.Also check inside drum for scoring and brake shoes,if worn uneven,replace both sides.

Sounds like the timing belt/chain slipped

The cable is probably too tight,andnot allowing the pressure plate to use all of its clamping force. This will also wear out the new release bearing.

It is just a few screws (look closely), and then a gentle pull on the panel...There are spring clips holding it in as well.

check fuse or connection to horn touch hot wire from pos. of battery to horn prong where plugs up to make sure horn works

I don't know about you, but, my 97 sx se got a clogged catalytic converter and they honed in out rather than replace it...my gas milage went up to 41 mpg, but the emissions...well..you know..might have cat checked

You have not said what your problem is.

Once you have the computer scanned and have fixed the problem, you may be able to disconnect the battery and clear the code to turn the light off. Otherwise you will have to use the scanner again.

Is there power betting to the starter? Battery cables fail, so do batteries.

It is pretty straightforward.Raise and support the vehicle. Remove the tire and wheel assemblies. Remove the bolts from both ends of the upper suspension arm. Remove the suspension arm. Reverse procedure to install.You may have to pry the thing with a pry bar to get the outer end of the suspension arm separated from the steering knuckle/strut lower end.
