Fuel not get into engine
Do you have any pressure? First thing to do is check fuse for the pump. Make sure you're getting power and ground to the pump.
Car won't pass emissions after replacing catalytic converter
Did you scan for codes to see if there were any besides the catalytic convertor? Unless she's running leaded gas it shouldn't have to be replaced yearly. Is she using an additive that puts lead into the system? I would also check the wire hareness for the O2 sensors. It's not unusual for them to wear and rub a bare spot in the insulation. This will case a short and give a false reading to the computer. Is there any chance that there is a leak in the exhaust? If air is getting in at a joint or a small pinhole ti will screw up the O2 sensor readings.
Hope this helps.
Gasgaugewontwork
sounds like a sending unit, those are inside the gas tank. you either have to drop the gas tank which is most likely or there is a hole from inside the vehicle with a cover over it that allows access to it to replace it.

Are you talking about the tube from the air filter hose to the valve cover ?

So you're getting heat but no blower to circulate the heat, right? It's also possible the fuze is blown to the blower motor, the switch that adjusts the speed of the motor could be damaged, or its resistors that limit voltage, to control speed could be "open" (burned up). I would check many of those before replacing the fan..
The heat is controlled by a valve that allows water to circulate through the heater core. If the fan is blowing cold air, check the valve, or blow water back and forth through the heater core to clean it out.
2000 malibu heat works intermittently car over heats but cools off realy fast
Thermostat potentially.
You could have a hole in a line allowing air into the system.
having the cooling system evacuated and then have the fluid forced back into the system should eliminate any air in the line. As long as there is not a hole in any of the lines.
Turning on the heat when the vehicle is overheating will cool it off, that only works for the short term.
Can you smell coolant inside the vehicle? Is the carpet wet? Both could indicate a heater core failure.
Last but not least a blown head gasket would result in the same problem.
Location transmisson dipstick
There is none. Sorry. It's GM design for that. You need to raise the vehicle on level ground and open the drain (located on the driver side and is accessible from underneath the vehicle)
My girlfriend is telling me her car tends to
Check every battery connection. That's all the cables and connections to starter, alternator, engine block, etc. Have alternator checked it may be failing when it hits that particular RPM
