you have to know that the fuel pump is power by the fuel pump relay first when key on pcm prime a ground to the fuel pump relay and then the pcm need to know if engine is turning to stay on . make your test at the relay.

if it just stopped with no apparent problems then there are several indicators that can be checked jump time ---not likely unless the timing belt /chain broke check to see if the cam shaft is turning run fault codes and look for cam/crank position sensor, immobilizer or ignition control module

The term " CRANK" is what the Starter is doing to the Engine. I think you mean is 'it Cranks but wont Start'. Is the engine getting Spark? Is the engine getting fuel? You need to check these two things before randomly swapping out parts. If it's fuel starvation.. Check the fuel pump relay or possibly a bad Fuel Pump.

Go to advance auto parts get a Haynes manual for your vehicle and rent a spring compressor and ball joint removal kit.

did you get any obd codes ?? well there is a possible the power relay or ac relay is not working.

Depanding on how bad the body damage is you may need to just go to a junk yard or ebay and get new doors. If its Just paint use acetone to get the other cars paint off.

My GM service info only list a 2.4 l or 3.4 l engine no 4.0L ! Doesn't matter starter is removed from underneath the vehicle , couple bolts hold it to the engine block . if you know what a started looks like it won't be hard to spot !

did you bleed air out coolant. if you did check engine oil when engine cool .could have a blown head gasket. if it look like milk shake . head gasket leak . reason blow no heat check see heater blower motor working.if yes . heat control unit or heat door not open in dash vacuum line to heat door actutator could be leaking.

it sounds like the float on the sending unit is not coming all the way up. or sending the wrong information to the fuel gauge on the dashboard. you may need to replace the sending unit

First check that the thermostat was installed correctly. It will not work properly if it was installed upside down. If this is the original radiator, it most likely is plugged up with deposits and corrosion. It needs to be replaced with a new one.
