Hot air comes out when a/c is on
check to ensure that the compressor clutch is engaging when turned on. There are ac wires that may have been disconnected in the core replacement process.
Replaced battery now car won't start
Try getting a jump from someone, you might have a dead battery. Also check your connections aren't all corroded or you won't be able to draw power from it
Car stalls after 10 min of driving.after sitting
umm... They symptom you describe fits a couple of things that immediately spring to mind.
Try removing your fuel cap and see if this improves matters. If there is a blocked vent (usually in the fuel cap or separate to-atmosphere breather tube, this can cause a vacuum in the fuel tank. This vacuum can cause the car to splutter and stall. Then you have to wait until air slowly finds it way back into the tank before the car can be restarted.
The other thing that springs to mind is a failing fuel pump.
What is a Chime for the Buick
sounds like the door chime... the annoying sound you hear when you put your key in the ignition or the door is open. I often unplug those and dispose of it. Often it is located at the fuse panel... i am not familiar with your vehicle.
Voltage regulator
Sounds like a bad connection. The alternator only charges the battery, so if it or the voltage regulator in the alternator fails, the battery would slowly run down, not die all at once.
